L'adhésion est obligatoire pour pratiquer une activité et implique l'acceptation des règles générales qui régissent l'association. Elle couvre les frais d'inscription et d'assurance.

L'adhésion permet d'accéder à l'ensemble des activités, de participer à la vie de l'association et à l'assemblée générale.

 

Les inscriptions se font à partir du 16 août pour les adhérents 2009/2010 et à partir du 6 septembre pour les nouveaux adhérents.

 

Adhésion : Enfants/Ados 8€  Adultes 12€

 

Les inscriptions se font uniquement sur place au secrétariat. L'inscription aux activités est annuelle. Le règlement de la participation aux activités peut s'effectuer selon deux formules au choix: règlement à l'année en un seul versement ou règlement en trois chèques à donner impérativement le jour de l'inscription, les chèques étant débités au début de chaque trimestre.

 

Une activité peut être annulée si le nombre minimum de participants n'est pas atteint.

 

Pour chaque activité vous avez la possibilité d'assister à un cours à titre d'essai.

 

Les activités sont suspendues pendant les vacances scolaires, toutefois, des stages peuvent être organisés.

 

Attention: une majoration de 10% est effectuée sur les cotisations pour les adhérents habitant en dehors des communes de la CDC "Coeur du Médoc" : Lesparre, Gaillan, St Yzans, St Christoly, Bégadan, Civrac, Blaignan, St Germain d'Esteuil, Ordonnac, Prignac et

 

Réductions :

Adultes: -10 % à partir du 2ème atelier

Enfants: -50 % à partir du 2ème atelier

Famille: -25 % pour un adulte et un enfant, -25 % pour le 2ème enfant,

-50 % pour le 3ème enfant et plus

 

Les sommes versées ne peuvent en aucun cas être remboursées, sauf en cas de force majeure (maladie, déménagement,...) avec certificat fourni dans les 15 jours qui suivent la cessation de l'activité.
